2.2 Verification Time

The verification process may take up to 7 business days. Customers will be informed of the outcome once the investigation is complete.

2.3 Refund Method

2.4 Non-Refundable Cases

• The product was used, downloaded, activated, or registered.
• The request was submitted after the 14-day window.

However, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that use of the software complies with relevant laws and the specific terms of the software provider. EDGELICENSES LTD is not liable for any misuse or unauthorized use of software licenses purchased through this platform.

edgelicenses operates as a B2B (Business-to-Business) platform. By making a purchase on our website, you confirm that you are acting as a legally registered business entity. All transactions conducted through this site are strictly intended for business purposes.

§5. VAT Liability

This website is intended exclusively for business customers (B2B). All transactions are made under business terms, and VAT invoices are issued only to registered businesses where applicable. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing for business purposes.

§6. Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur, the entire liability of edgelicenses and any of its suppliers under any provision of these Terms, and your exclusive remedy, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you through the Service or 100 USD if you haven't purchased anything through the Service.
